    What Do We Require?

    • Active RN, LPN, CNA license in the State of Massachusetts
    • Active CPR certification
    • One year of recent applicable experience (preferred)
    • Long-Term Care experience
    • Compliant with company’s requirements for immunizations, background check, drug screening, etc.
    • Physical and PDD/TB test within past year
